In May 2025, Microsoft is going to discontinue Skype which is an instant messaging app I use internally. Skype users will transfer to Microsoft’s new Teams app. To my surprise, it even has a font awesome icon.
Currently, Skype takes 627.7 MB.

I’ve talked about Remote Desktop being replaced by Windows App on platforms other than Windows.
Overall, Microsoft still trys to help users by providing solutions rather than cutting off services. As for now, I think the transition is quite smooth.
